About
Hi! My name is Lydia, and I am 23 years old. I created this blog a few years back to share my life and travels with my friends and family.
Here is little bit about me :)
I was born the ninth of ten children into a very musical family. My childhood was a lot of fun having so many people around all the time! We lived in the country with lots of animals and a big house that my dad built. My older siblings taught music lessons out of the music studio next to our house, and they started teaching me piano and violin when I was very young.
My family used to travel and perform music together. So by the time I was nine years old, I had already been to most of the U.S. states, and a few different countries, including three months traveling in South Korea.
Because of my childhood, I developed a strong love for music. I started taking piano seriously after I got accepted into The Barthelmes Conservatory where I took music lessons twice a week for several years. By the time I was a teenager, I was practicing piano three hours a day! And when I was fifteen, I continued the family tradition and started teaching piano and violin lessons out of our music studio. After graduating a year early, I got accepted on a full scholarship to The University of Tulsa where I continued studying classical piano. I graduated in 2020 with a double-major in Piano Performance and Russian Studies.

I absolutely love traveling and was fortunate enough to spend a semester in Saint-Petersburg, Russia while I was in college. Some of the other countries I've gotten to travel to are England, Germany, Ukraine, Switzerland, Moldova, Czech Republic, and The Netherlands. I recently got accepted to work as a flight attendant, and will now be able to travel for my job!
Some hobbies and other things that make me happy include: baking cookies, taking pictures, writing poems, composing music, long walks, getting tattoos, working as a barista, drawing and reading, and spending time with my lovely friends as well as my fifteen nieces and nephews!
Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to get to know me! I hope you enjoy learning about my life and adventures!
